Recycling wastewater

How it works

From wastewater to technical water

Treatment plants, industries and other water-intensive activities that want to purify and recycle their own wastewater can integrate Anolytech’s system as a final purification step after mechanical and chemical filtration removes waste, chemicals, and organic material.

By continuously dosing AnoDes into the outflow, bacterial content is drastically reduced, producing technical water that can be:

Reused for industrial processes (e.g., cooling systems, cleaning, or production cycles)

Resold for secondary applications (e.g., irrigation, dust control, or street cleaning)

Safely released into a recipient (e.g., the sea or a river) without environmental risks.

Improved working environment

As AnoDes does not contain any hazardous chemical substances, your own employees no longer have to deal with harmful disinfectants that require protective clothing and protective masks. Anolytech’s system also improves the working environment for those who come into contact with and use the recycled technical water for processes such as pressure washing, irrigation and street cleaning.

How much water can you disinfect per day?

Anolytech’s system does not really have an upper limit, but at our largest customer we currently disinfect 1,300,000 litres of water per day. If you need to disinfect large volumes, contact our sales department and we can develop a tailor-made solution to suit your needs
